At PlushNest, every piece is packed with care. Since home decor items are often fragile and curated in limited quantities, we accept returns, replacements, or refunds only for the cases mentioned below.

Eligible reasons for return, replacement, or refund

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect product (wrong item received)

Not eligible for returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, dislike of the product after delivery, or size preference issues

  • Minor variations in color, finish, texture, grain, or handcrafted detailing

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or with missing parts

  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or wear

Time window to report an issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a request. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

What you need to share for approval

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the outer box and inner packaging

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage related claims

How the process works

  1. Email us at support@myplushnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required details.

  2. Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information for verification.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or guide you through the return process.

  4. Once the item is received back, it will undergo a basic quality check.

  5. We will then process a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the resolution agreed.

Replacements

If the item is eligible and stock is available, we will prioritize a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details securely.

Shipping charges

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by PlushNest where pickup is serviceable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sale items

All discounted or sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
